Najars Engineering is a civil and structural engineering firm founded and incorporated in the summer of 2013. The company is owned and operated by co-founders Mariam and Bashar Najar.

As first-generation American immigrants and offspring’s to entrepreneurial parents, both Mariam and Bashar had a passion to follow in their families’ footsteps and start a small local business that serves the community.
